“Firstly they were over an hour late, and lack of communication. We were left standing outside our cruise ship, the port authority came and assisted us calling them twice to get update on their arrival. They told us there was a long queue at the port gate this was untrue. Eventually another bus arrived to take us to meet our jeep outside the port. Again no explanation! We then set off to first stop, this turned out to be the wrong place at which point they told us we are on the wrong tour!! Unbelievable. Too late to go back we had to stick with a tour we didn’t want.…”

“My guide Tiree was a really nice guy so I hate to say it but, unfortunately, this 'tour' was a complete waste of my time and money(and costly). 😞 I was supposed to be met at 15:50 for the 16:00 start time but he didn't arrive until around 16:20(30min late...). I was told traffic so I didn't stress, but that meant the museum closed as I got picked up, and...pretty much everything was closed.
